Services
Bevvy Blue provides mobile bouquet bar experiences, floral workshops, and related event services throughout Northern Colorado. All services are subject to availability and confirmation.
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue services at any time without notice.
Quotes & Booking
Quotes provided through the website, email, or social media are estimates until confirmed by invoice or written agreement.
A booking is considered confirmed only when:
- A signed agreement (if applicable) is received, and
- The required deposit or payment has been made.
Payments
Payments may be processed through third-party platforms such as Stripe, Venmo, or other secure processors. By submitting payment, you agree to the pricing and package details listed on your invoice.
Intellectual Property
All content on this Site — including branding, text, graphics, images, and designs — belongs to Bevvy Blue and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.
Limitation of Liability
Bevvy Blue is not responsible for:
- Allergic reactions to flowers or materials
- Injuries resulting from misuse of tools or florals
- Delays caused by weather, venue restrictions, or circumstances outside our control
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount paid for the booked service.

Our Site may contain links to third-party platforms (social media, payment providers, etc.). We are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of those sites.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado.
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Site indicates acceptance of any changes.
Booking & Cancellation Policy
Deposits & Payments
- A non-refundable deposit may be required to secure your event date.
- Remaining balances are due by the date listed on your invoice.
Cancellations
Because Bevvy Blue orders fresh, seasonal florals in advance:
- Deposits are non-refundable.
- Cancellations made within [7–14] days of the event may be non-refundable in full due to flower sourcing and preparation costs.
Rescheduling
We will do our best to accommodate one reschedule request based on availability if notice is provided at least 20 days before the event.
Weather & Outdoor Events
Clients are responsible for providing a suitable indoor backup location when booking outdoor experiences.
Guest Count Changes
Final guest counts must be confirmed by 14 days prior to the event. Adjustments after this date may not be guaranteed.
Photo & Media Release
At Bevvy Blue events, we love capturing the joy of guests creating beautiful bouquets. By participating in a Bevvy Blue experience, you acknowledge and agree that:
- Photos and videos may be taken during events for promotional and marketing purposes.
- Bevvy Blue may use this content on social media, website galleries, advertising, and promotional materials.
If you prefer not to be photographed, please notify us in writing prior to your event or inform a team member onsite, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
Clients booking private events are responsible for informing guests that photography may occur.
Email & SMS Marketing Consent
When you submit a form on our website, request a quote, or book a service with Bevvy Blue, you may opt in to receive:
- Email updates about seasonal offerings, events, and promotions
- Occasional SMS reminders or booking-related messages (if phone number is provided)
You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time by clicking the “unsubscribe” link or contacting us directly.
